1. Agreement
By using Pogo: SAT English Prep you agree to these terms. This app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Users of any age are welcome.
2. The service
Pogo provides SAT Reading & Writing study lessons and practice questions for personal, non-commercial educational use. The app is currently free.
3. Accounts
An account is optional. You're responsible for your Apple/Google account security. You can sign out, reset your progress, or request deletion at any time.
4. No score guarantee
Pogo is a study aid. Practice questions are original and written to resemble the SAT's style, but they are not official SAT questions, and we don't guarantee any test score or result. Mastery and progress numbers in the app are study estimates, not score predictions.
5. Not affiliated
SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this app.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, reverse engineer it, try to access other users' data, or copy and redistribute its content.
7. Intellectual property
Pogo: SAT English Prep is solely owned by Brandon Hornbeck. All lessons, questions, explanations, characters (including the panda mascot), and design are the exclusive property of Brandon Hornbeck. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
8. Apple App Store terms
These terms are between you and Brandon Hornbeck, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple's Standard EULA also applies to App Store downloads. If you got the app from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
9. Changes and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features, and may update these terms (changing the effective date).
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent allowed by law; our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend access for misuse. You can stop using the app at any time.
